STUDENT OF THE MONTH

My name is Evelyn M. and I just turned 9 years old. My hobbies are making crafts and playing video games. I am going to the 4th grade this school year. What got me into music is that I listen to a lot of music and I want to be the one who makes music as well. The biggest discovery I have made since being a part of the Music Academy is that I can sing in front of people. One of my goals is to be a famous singer and live in California. I would tell my friends about the Music Academy of Acadiana that I have enjoyed the friendly teachers, especially my teacher Miss Emily. Miss Emily has helped me these last few months with my voice and if I mess up, she encourages me and makes me feel like I am doing good.
